The collective experience of isolation, fear and restriction over the past two years, has sparked deep grief and trauma in our human family. At the same time, it has sparked in our hearts the remembrance that we are deeply connected to this beautiful web of energy that connects everything in the universe. And hence the grief for the loss of community and connection and the yearning for belonging. We experience our lives as separate individual beings. That experience has been amplified by the restrictions and isolation we have collectively experienced over the past few years. The truth is … we are as connected with each other as we are connected to the universal field of energy (Zero Point Field) around us. And this capacity is growing. Can you feel it? It pulls your heart into deep need for belonging and connecting to community. As an empath, I have been in deep processing mode with this next stage of recovery and challenge that our beleaguered human family is experiencing. My soul has plugged me deeply into the collective field. There is an online community experience being hatched in my heart called Turning Grief into Joy. A sweat lodge for the soul. The Gayatri mantra connects you with all of creation and raises your vibration like nothing else can. One of the oldest mantras, believed to be the mantra of the universe itself in all its spiritual light. “The Gayatri mantra plays an important God-given role in the uplifting of the entire species. So whether your goals are personal or altruistic, this mantra can be of great benefit.” (Healing Mantras by Thomas Ashley-Farrand) We will be chanting the Gayatri Mantra 108 times. This will take about 1and ½ hours. You are encouraged to chant along. Using your own voice is a powerful way to create healing and connection. You will emerge squeaky clean, renewed and shining like a star! Be in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Any interruption in the chanting stops the flow of energy. Use the bathroom before we start and have a glass of water with you.

A sound bath provides super food that creates relaxation, calms the nervous system, quiets the mind, stimulates hormones that heal and opens the door to deep meditative states. There will be some guided meditation at the beginning and end of the sound bath. You may hear the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, drum or more. Bring your favorite pillow and blanket. Either be prepared to lie down or sit in a comfortable chair. Make sure you have a glass of water with you and your journal, if you wish to capture any special responses to the sound.

A sound bath provides super food that creates relaxation, calms the nervous system, quiets the mind, stimulates hormones that heal and opens the door to deep meditative states. This month’s broadcast is an opportunity for you to Immerse yourself in the beautiful sounds and vibrations of a Sound Bath. The actual sounds of the sound bath will be about 30 minutes. The full broadcast itself may be up to an hour with time to settle and debrief. There will be some guided meditation at the beginning and end of the sound bath. You may hear the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, drum or more. Bring your favorite pillow and blanket.
