The physical world we live in appears to be in a state of confusion and chaos right now, and if you allow yourself to dwell on what is happening externally, you may find yourself struggling to stay grounded and centered—let alone serene! What is not so obvious is that massive awakening and transformation is taking place beneath the surface, and it is possible to see and experience this if you observe through the Eyes of Love. The challenge, of course, is to keep your vibration as high as possible so as to avoid being dragged into the chaos. In this week’s episode of Life Mastery TV, we’re going to look at critical physical elements that can provide a foundation to help you stay as gratefully aware as possible. My guest, Laurie Levin, is a coach who specializes in optimal nutrition, healthy weight loss, and leading HeartMath® techniques to support people in transforming and mastering their own well-being. In this episode, she’s going to be sharing her wisdom about Three to Thrive: Healthy, Happy, Equal. These elements contribute to individual well-being in ways you might not imagine, and Laurie is going to provide a lot of information about them: Healthy. It is our emotional state that is at the heart of every decision we make, and just like our nutritional diet, is a series of choices we get to make. Equal. The lack of safety, equal pay, equal representation, and equal rights that so many people endure, often results in struggle in one form or another. We’ll examine some of the unconscious habits we live every day that perpetuate inequality, and we’ll talk about 7 Habits of Equality that will speed our way to harmony and peace. The Thrive Triangle. Bringing all three of these elements together into a virtual triangle is a powerful way to improve your life and keep your energy and your vibration at a higher level. This tends to brighten your outlook, which makes it easier to stay centered in a place of love and compassion—and this is a powerful way to heal yourself as well as the world around you. Our bodies are the vehicles that carry us through the physical portion of our lives. They are amazing and resilient structures that have some wonderful--indeed, miraculous--capabilities that we sometimes take for granted. Although many of us refer to our bodies as "temples", sad to say, most of us don't really treat them with the reverence they deserve. As a result, it is not unusual for us to encounter physical challenges ranging from minor injuries to diseases to chronic or life-threatening conditions. While some of these conditions may have no cure, many of them can be reversed, and virtually all conditions can be treated in a way that brings relief. When we focus our loving attention on our bodies, we can reduce or eliminate suffering.
