Yoga with Kathleen--Focus: Seated Asanas
Welcome to Yoga with Kathleen! This class is focused on seated asanas or poses.
We will begin with a guided meditation, warm-up breath, and stretching to open the body for our seated asanas. Then, I will guide you to ending the class with Savasana and closing meditation.
Please remember to honor and respect your body. We will gently approach every movement and breath.
The practice of Yoga is the first step to the journey inward.
