Trust Your Body Wisdom: Improve Your Relationship with Yourself
Practice building trust in listening to your body wisdom in a safe, welcoming environment. Trusting that you know what you know, builds your self-esteem. Listening to your heart and body wisdom helps you make more solid, trustworthy decisions. When you know and trust yourself, you can show up more authentically in your relationships.
This class in the Jazz Living series, offers a practice where we can borrow principles from jazz music (even if you don't like jazz), to help navigate change with agility, and improvise new solutions for life's challenges.
