One of the oldest mantras, believed to be the mantra of the universe itself in all its spiritual light. “The Gayatri mantra plays an important God-given role in the uplifting of the entire species. We will be chanting the Gayatri Mantra 108 times. This will take about 1and ½ hours. You are encouraged to chant along. Using your own voice is a powerful way to create healing and connection.

You will emerge squeaky clean, renewed and shining like a star!

Be in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Any interruption in the chanting stops the flow of energy. Use the bathroom before we start and have a glass of water with you.

Everything in the universe vibrates to a specific frequency or wavelength. Mantras vibrate at specific wavelengths. When you chant a mantra you tune your own frequencies with the frequencies of the mantra. That is, shifting your own frequencies.
