Have you noticed that we seem to have a love-hate relationship with Transformation? On the one hand, we all seem to want to grow into the best possible versions of ourselves, and we engage in all kinds of processes, activities, workshops, and seminars to make that happen. On the other hand, we all seem to have a basic fear of change--not so much because we fear the change itself, but rather because we don't know for sure what the change will bring, and we tend to fear the unknown. This awareness leads us to a couple of key questions. How can we minimize this fear and foster our own growth? How can we empower and encourage an uplifting and exciting form of transformation in our lives that moves us closer to the fulfillment of our dreams?
