I graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles, CA in 1995. I attained a first degree black belt in hapkido/taekwondo in 2000. My love for learning, writing and helping others heal is my passion in life. Exercise and nutrition along with many forms of holistic healing are key to optimal health.
