Life Without Limits with WU Expert Lolita Guarin
The Wellness Universe welcomes Lolita Guarin, Stress Management Expert, in partnership with Wellness for All programming for: Life Without Limits: Freedom & Success by Healing Childhood Trauma.
This 12-session course is for adult children of addicts seeking to understand how their childhood trauma holds them back from their desired success and gives them resources to claim health, happiness, and healing in life. The program will address 12 struggles over 12 sessions, why they appeared and how they hold an individual back. Participants will learn easy to implement exercises that help release blockages to personal success and attain financial freedom.

About this Course:
Each month, practice exercises and emotional management tools to feel more in control of your life. Know in your gut that you are not damaged and there is nothing wrong with you. Stop holding yourself back from the goals you want because you experienced a traumatic childhood.
These sessions offer Q & A and personalized coaching time. Lolita will support you in clarifying how 12 specific blockages hinder you from achieving success and what to do about it. Engage in this healing experience knowing that you are capable of living a fulfilling life.
You will learn skills to:
Unpack how past struggles affect your trust in yourself, trust in others, and your ability to handle conflict.
Allow yourself to better enjoy your life and the people around you.
Boost your self-esteem and come away releasing the former limited version of yourself.
7/10/23 Session 1 - Pessimism: Why individuals might be pessimistic and how that contributes to feelings of hopelessness. Self-care tools to inspire hope.
8/14/23 Session 2 - Self-worth: Not feeling good enough. Why an individual doesn't feel good enough to have success. Self-care tools to empower.
9/11/23 Session 3 - Validation: Why an individual feels the need for excessive validation and gives their power away to others. Self-care tools for confidence.
10/09/23 Session 4 - Extreme Loyalty: Why an individual feels extremely loyal to others and when loyalty becomes a liability. Self-care tool for self-worth.
11/13/23 Session 5 - Boundaries: Why individuals with weak boundaries feel overworked, busy and tired by not setting limits. Self-care tool for boundaries.
12/11/23 Session 6 - Need for Control: Why an individual needs to control the environment and when overcontrol leads to perfectionism. Self-care tool for releasing control.
1/08/24 Session 7 - People Pleasing: Why an individual needs to please others and when people pleasing affects self-esteem. Self-care tool to stand in your power.
2/12/24 Session 8 - Trust Issues: Why an individual has difficulty trusting others which affects closeness, communication and problem-solving. Self-care tool for self-trust.
3/11/24 Session 9 - Judgement & Criticism: Why an individual can't stand criticism and shuts down emotionally when feeling shame or embarrassment. Self-care tool for openness to feedback and criticism.
4/08/24 Session 10 - Immediate Gratification: Why individuals need immediate gratification and how that contributes to less rewarding results. Self-care tool for patience.
5/13/24 Session 11 - The Do-It-All: Why an individual takes too much responsibility and how that leads to overwhelm and burnout. Self-care tool for time management.
6/10/24 Session 12 - Anxiety and Hypervigilance: Why individuals are anxious and hypervigilant to potential threats which contributes to feeling overwhelmed. Self-care tools for awareness.
In between live sessions, you are supported via a private Facebook Group to nurture discussions and bring us into deeper connection.
