This course is for adult children of addicts seeking to understand how their childhood trauma holds them back from their desired success and gives them resources to claim health, happiness, and healing in life. Each session addresses struggles, why they appeared and how they hold an individual back. Participants will learn easy to implement exercises that help release blockages to personal success and attain financial freedom.

About this Course:
Each month, practice exercises and emotional management tools to feel more in control of your life. Know in your gut that you are not damaged and there is nothing wrong with you. Stop holding yourself back from the goals you want because you experienced a traumatic childhood.
These sessions offer Q & A and personalized coaching time. Lolita will support you in clarifying how 24 specific blockages hinder you from achieving success and what to do about it. Engage in this healing experience knowing that you are capable of living a fulfilling life.

Session 13 - Difficulty with Relationships:
Explore the underlying factors contributing to difficulty with relationships and their impact on social connections. Learn skills for building healthy relationships and setting boundaries.
Session 14 - Taking on Other People's Emotions:
Investigate the phenomenon of absorbing or "taking on" other people's emotions and its effects on mental and emotional well-being. Develop strategies for maintaining healthy emotional boundaries and self-care practices.
Session 15 - Addictions:
Examine the psychological and behavioral aspects of addiction and its impact on individuals and their loved ones. Learn coping mechanisms and strategies for recovery and relapse prevention.
Session 16 - Difficulty Having Fun:
Explore the reasons behind difficulty in experiencing joy and having fun in life. Learn techniques for cultivating mindfulness, gratitude, and enjoyment in everyday activities.
Session 17 - Blind to Red Flags:
Identify common red flags in relationships and life situations and explore reasons for overlooking them. Develop skills for recognizing warning signs and making informed decisions.
Session 18 - Grieving the Past:
Understand the grieving process and its emotional, physical, and psychological effects. Learn coping strategies and self-care practices to navigate grief and loss.
Session 19 - Codependency:
Explore the dynamics of codependent relationships and their impact on individual autonomy and well-being. Learn strategies for setting healthy boundaries and fostering independence.
Session 20 - Loneliness:
Examine the experience of loneliness and its effects on mental health and overall well-being. Learn coping strategies and techniques for building social connections and combating loneliness.
Session 21 - Taking on Too Much Responsibility:
Investigate the tendency to take on excessive responsibility and its impact on stress levels and self-care. Develop strategies for setting boundaries and delegating tasks effectively.
Session 22 - Self-Loathing:
Explore the roots of self-loathing and its detrimental effects on self-esteem and mental health. Learn techniques for cultivating self-compassion, acceptance, and self-love.
Session 23 - Dealing with Anger:

Lolita has dealt with stress and tried many stress relief techniques over the years as a busy professional and survivor of childhood trauma. After her health deteriorated due to stress, she ended up in the emergency room. Lolita didn’t want to medicate herself, and went on a quest to find a solution using natural remedies and practices. Managing stress without medication became her priority.
