SE #53: From Spiritual Ego to Spiritual Essence

Self-awareness and enlightenment often involve navigating the complex interplay between Spiritual Ego and Spiritual Essence. As we strive to improve ourselves and contribute to healing and fulfillment in our circles of influence, we must learn to discern the underlying energies driving our actions. The dichotomy between ego-driven and spirit-driven motivations shapes not only our personal growth but also the authenticity and impact of our interactions with others.

Discerning our energy is part of the journey! Questions we can ask ourselves are:
• Am I sharing from a place of superiority, self-righteousness, and judgment? Or am I acting from inner peace, love, and compassion?
• Do I acknowledge, appreciate, and accept the divinity and humanity in myself and others? Or do I avoid, deny, and disown what I judge to be undesirable in myself and others?
