Every day ends to begin a new day, every week ends to begin a new week, every month ends to begin a new month. And on and on it goes, day, week, month, year, decade. In life, there are countless endings and beginnings. Every moment. Every breath. Every beat of your heart.

Sometimes those endings can be uncomfortable, even painful. Yet when we look back on these endings, we often see that almost all of them brought forth gifts—usually unexpected—that reconnected us to ourselves and our aligned path.
