LMTV #259: Rise Strong After Adversity (Carrie Doubts)
Adversity often manifests most deeply in the form of grief after a loss. Whether it’s the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a significant life change, grief can shake the very foundation of your being. The pain of loss can seem insurmountable, leaving you questioning your purpose, your identity, and even your will to move forward. Yet, within this profound challenge lies the potential for transformation. By facing grief head-on and allowing yourself to process the pain, you create space for healing and growth. Spiritual resilience empowers you to turn this pain into a pathway back to your Authentic Self.
Adversity is an inevitable part of life, but it need not be a show-stopper—how you navigate it makes all the difference. For this episode of Life Mastery TV, I’m delighted to welcome back grief coach and spiritual mentor Carrie Doubts, who brings years of experience and personal wisdom to this conversation. With Carrie’s wise and insightful perspective, we’ll look at this challenging aspect of life with compassionate hopefulness. Here is some of what we plan to investigate:
* The Nature of Grief
* Understanding the Authentic Self
* What is Spiritual Resilience?
* Post-Traumatic Growth (PTG)
Gain a deeper understanding of how to cultivate Spiritual Resilience in your own life. Learn to embrace loss and adversity not as permanent defeats but as opportunities to rise stronger, reconnect with your Authentic Self, and experience personal transformation.
