I am the Founder of The Phoenix Gathering, a TFT Practitioner, and Personal Coach for adult survivors of child abuse. I am also a fellow survivor who strives to learn new ways to thrive, while sharing my knowledge with those on their own healing journey. My current path includes being a co-facilitator for a local support group, speaker, writer, and a closet herbal mad scientist.

My purpose is to serve Adult Survivors of Child Abuse - I want to empower you to be your own Phoenix. To rise from the ashes of your past, and become who you were meant to be, not who you were told to be.
