Joy Wants to be Found! Find Your Way to Create It!. Shari takes us on a structured and reflective journey to review what seems to have been a year that took the world by surprise. Listening to how we can create a new perspective by tuning into a few deep questions is such a wonderful way to focus on finding the good as well as seeing that we have the power to create joy, no matter what challenges we face.

NUTURING. I find Shari so relatable! Her knowledge and ability to convey empathy, while teaching is incredible! The teachings have helped in so many ways, already.

Shari and this class was amazing!. Shari's love for what she does was apparent right from the start. She didn't just read from a slide, she got us to dig deep within ourselves and showed vulnerability with her own stories and related to us very well. I have many pages of notes and recommend this class or anything else that is offered :-)

Shari is awesome!!!!. If you are looking for tips to center yourself Shari is the person to turn to. She has incredible, beautiful energy and brings a touch of humor to add icing to the cake of every single video and/or class I watch of hers. Here she helps with self reflection and even has a little loving meditation to the mix. Shari you have bought so much light to 2020 and your positive energy makes this world a much more beautiful place to live in. Thank you for everything lovely lady. <3

So needed this right now!!. This class really gave me a safe and loving enviornment to continue my journey to self-love. The 3 C's are so on point, my journal is full of notes!! Definitely a five start class that I would highly recommend!!!

Life changing! . Class was well organized and to the point. Very easy to follow, learn and put into practice. I immediately began using the lessons and saw a change within myself and my mood and connection to my inner self. I am beginning my journey to feel safe and loved within thanks to this class.
