LMTV #194: The Enlightenment Journey (Linda Marsanico)
Almost everyone wants to be happier, smarter, wiser, and more masterful about their lives. And most of us move from one level of being to the next almost automatically—even if we have to experience difficulty and struggle as we progress through life. This process is called growth, and it is a quite natural aspect of being human.
The concept of enlightenment is much the same. Although some people have a romantic idea that it is a desirable end-state worthy of attainment, the truth is that enlightenment is really a journey rather than a destination. It can take a very long time to get there—indeed, some people believe it can take many lifetimes—but the important thing is to participate fully in the process, and to enjoy every moment of it if possible!
My guest for this week’s episode is Linda Marsanico, a licensed psychologist and integrative spiritual coach whose spiritual journey has awakened her own deep desire for enlightenment. She will share share her perspective on the path of enlightenment, and bring a lot of wisdom to our space in the bargain. Here are some of the things we’ll be discussing:
* Compassion and Love
* The Meaning of Forgiveness
* The Gateway of Shadow
* The Ultimate Goal
Come join us for another episode that is sure to raise your spirits and boost your interest in living more fully into the full expression of who you really are!
